Diz

A diz is used to prepare fibers for spinning. It can be used a tool when drafting fibre from a carder, blending board, drum carder or a comb to obtain a "roving" that makes spinning easier. This diz has holes in four different sizes to allow for making rovings of different thicknesses.

The diz measures 60 mm in diameter and the holes measure 2,3,5 and 7 mm respectively.
